Vital is a series of brief videos in three languages (English, Mandarin, & Vietnamese) that explore the universal experiences of stress, mistakes & failures, and loss & grief from an Asian/Asian American perspective. Vital shifts the narrative around mental health toward wellness, not illness, and equips viewers with practical skills and tools to navigate our ever-changing environment. The leaders of this project is based in New York City and Boston, and we also have members from around the world, including Canada, China, Egypt, and Vietnam.
